Clear Lens Extraction and Intraocular Lens Implantation in a Case of Microspherophakia

19-year-old girl with refractive error of -16.0 -1.0 × 80 and AL 21.94 mm RE and -15.0 -1.0 × 100 and AL 21.84 mm LE, diagnosed as microspherophakia and lenticular myopia. Uneventful phacoaspiration ,CCC using capsulorrhexis forceps ECR and in the bag foldable IOL .stable IOLBAG complex postop.
