The video highlights a new technique of phacoemulsification for hard brown cataracts. A special chopper, which divides the leathery cataracts in one stroke using high vacuum, aspiration flow rate and low phaco power removes the nuclei rapidly. This Chopping technique seems to be the solution for grade IV and above cataracts.
