Video highlights the surgical pearls of phacoemulsification in traumatic cataract with zonular dehiscence; resulting in equatorial capsular contraction mimicking lens coloboma. Iris-hooks were used to close the irido-zonular gap during phacoemulsification in low settings. A 3 piece acrylic IOL was placed in the ciliary sulcus with the optic captured in the capsular bag. Ab interno repair of iridodialysis was performed with 10-0 prolene with knots buried under a quadrangular scleral flap.
