Implantable collamer lens is an excellent option in the correction of moderate and high myopia in patients not amenable for LASIK. In this video, we describe various complications that may be encountered, both intra and postoperatively. These include reverse placement of ICL, pupil constriction, runaway iridectomy, late subluxation of ICL haptic and rotation of toric ICL. The mechanism of occurrence and prevention of such complcations by simple maneuvers will also be demonstrated.
