Course Description
Course will teach doctors, managers, and administrators two useful psychological principals to create team personal growth.  Maslow's Hierarchy of Human Need is a useful tool to understand team behavior. Situational Leadership is a 4-step process all employees travel through on their way to leadership within a new role.
