Course Description
Course will discuss time management, a critical skill for administrators and technical staff, from an extremely broad multidisciplinary approach.  It will tie together numerous diverse concepts such as Six Sigma, LEAN, health care quality, health information technology, documentation, coding, financial decision making, human resources, conflict resolution, and personal life planning.
