Course Description
Course will introduce the concept of Six Sigma, a data-driven, business management problem-solving methodology designed to improve business and organizational operations.  It will discuss its underlying principles, the DMAIC problem-solving methodology, and showcase an example of how it can be successfully applied to an ophthalmic practice.
