Course Description
At some point, most ophthalmologists consider options for succession plans – bring in an associate, sell to another physician practice or perhaps merge with a bigger institution? This course will highlight first-hand experience of joining a hospital group: the necessary preparation, navigating the transition and adjusting to the new culture/oversight.
