Course Description
Course will explore several clinical options that modern ophthalmology practices are considering  today, including dry eye clinics, allergy testing, hearing services and aesthetics. We will look at the structure of various practices and factors to consider. We will define the fundamentals of executing an effective implementation strategy for each option.
