Course Description
Course will focus on chart documentation in the retina practice.  The interactive presentation will discuss proper documentation of eye codes vs. E/M codes, diagnostic tests, surgeries, modifiers, etc. and other documentation challenges that are unique to a retina practice that can directly affect coding and reimbursement.
