What's "Normal" for New Associate Employment Contract?

Course Description
Course will discuss and explain the current "normal" employment agreement terms for an associate's salary, incentive bonus, benefits, business expenses, restrictive covenants, etc. in light of health care reform, recent economic pressures, and potential future reimbursement cuts.  It will also discuss what to say about future buy-in and "partnership" arrangements.
