Course Description
Course will explain  how ophthalmology practice buy-ins and pay-outs work, the values involved and how those different values are paid for.  It will discuss the specific values involved, including goodwill, equipment, and accounts receivable.  Course is intended for both existing practice owners and associates who are buying in.
