Course Description
Course will explore the most important metrics for gauging the financial health of your practice. The presenters will introduce some easy-to-track performance metrics covering provider productivity, operating efficiency, staffing, and billing and collections. Tips for tracking and reporting the data to management will also be a primary area of focus.
