Course Description
Course will identify key areas of staff engagement. For the last 5 years, 70% of America's workforce has been "disengaged." Disengaged employees can increase the cost of turnover, employee mistakes, and impact patient satisfaction. This course will focus on techniques to help managers strategically promote staff engagement within the practice.
