Leading as a Manager: A Course for New Supervisors

Course Description
Course will detail the difference between leading as a team member and leading as a manager. We will cover basic principles for successful leadership as a supervisor as well as maintaining connection to your team. Difficult situations such as disciplinary action, termination, etc., will be discussed.
