Protecting the Practice: Restrictions on Partners and Associates

Course Description
Course will address how to protect the practice as “mother ship” from its partners and associates.  We will discuss non-compete clauses, non-solicitation clauses, and restrictions and limitations on buyout.  Are non-compete clauses enforceable?  Should there be non-compete clauses on partners?  What limitations should be placed on rights to buy-out?
