EHR Documentation and Compliance: The Retina Point of View

Course Description
Course will discuss compliance challenges associated with retina EHR documentation.  The interactive presentation will focus on documentation completion and documentation modification, accurate coding, unique challenges associated with paper vs. EHR and other EHR compliance issues unique to retina.  Interactive examples will be presented for audience input and discussion.
