Course Description
Course will provide advanced tips for developing and managing staff at all levels through training and supervision activities.  Emphasis will be placed upon effective means of communicating with, coaching, and motivating staff, whether an all-star going from good to great or an underperformer who requires redirection and/or discipline to become successful.
