Course will cover preventing fraud and abuse before it happens. How to set-up internal systems of accounting, financial management, checks and balances. Control your inventory and establish vendor protocols. Learn staff accountability, software security, correct discounting and more. External theft and optical frame security will be covered. Case examples will be given.
