Video illustrates an iris-claw aphakia IOL in exchanging an anterior chamber and a posterior chamber dislocated IOL to establish higher accuracy, safety, and predictability.  The retropupillary fixation of the aphakia iris-claw IOL offers an effective alternative in patients with poor zonule and/or capsule support.
