Video presents challenging femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery cases with premature gas breakthrough during corneal wound construction, problems in accessing corneal incisions, limbal relaxing incision placement, and difficulties with incomplete caspulorhexis and lens fragmentation. It also illustrates approaches to handling challenges such as post-radial-keratectomy eyes, brunescent cataracts, and white cataracts.
