Video shows a new technique utilizing trans-scleral capsular hooks fixed in a Scharioth tunnel. Subluxated cataracts are generally stabilized intra-operatively by trans-limbal capsular hooks followed after IOL implantation, by removing hooks and suturing in segments/ rings. This allows sutureless trans-scleral fixation of the capsular bag and makes surgery easy, effective, reliable and allows easy adjustability and centration of IOL and avoids suture related issues in both short and long term.
