The procedure starts with the creation of a closed intrastromal pocket using femtosecond laser and continues with placement of the implant in the most inferior part of the pocket. We have implanted the inlay in 11 patients. Postoperatively, patients will have better vision, more regular cornea, and less higher–order aberration.
