A 24-year-old male, known case of corneal granular dystrophy with chief complaint of decreased visual acuity in both eyes, aggravated since 3 years ago, underwent sutureless femtosecond-assisted anterior lamellar keratoplasty (FALK) in right eye with a 1000-KHz femtosecond laser. CDVA with refraction of -1.5-2.5*90 improved from 1(logMAR) preoperatively to 0.1(logMAR) with refraction of +3.00-0.75*105. Six months after surgery preoperative keratometry changed from 43.8/41 to 40.3/39.5.
