Maxpro: The Third Instrument

Video shows one way of using the MaxPro technique for protecting the posterior capsule especially upon emulsification of the last nuclear quadrant. This technique refers to the intermittent injection of OVD in the anterior chamber of the eye for maximum protection to the corneal endothelium during cataract surgery.
