Video demonstrates 7 principles and pearls for phaco with IOL implantation in the presence of a zonular dialysis. With this traumatic cataract, a dispersive OVD tamponades the dialysis. Capsular hooks used as bimanual IA instrumentation extract the lens. A CTR expands the bag and a 3-piece IOL is implanted in the sulcus with optic/CCC capture. Triamcinolone stains the vitreous prolapse which is extracted using a pars plana anterior vitrectomy approach.
