Video demonstrates a new pupil expansion device matching up to advances in cataract surgical technology and techniques. It can be inserted and removed through a 0.9 mm incision and expands the pupil with just a single 0.9 mm side port incision, enabling small pupil eyes to benefit from bimanual MICS and laser incisions in FLACS. The thin profile allows safe use in extremely shallow anterior chambers.
